H.O.T. (Helen of Troy)
Written & Performed by Amy Clare Tasker
Directed & Dramaturged by Katharina Reinthaller
Music & Sound Design by Yaiza Varona

Helen of Troy was the most beautiful woman in the world, who left her husband for another man, and took the blame for the Trojan War. She was so gorgeous that everyone lost their minds and killed each other over her. She could make men do anything she wanted - and Amy wants that kind of power. But as Helen helps Amy to become beautiful, both women realise the dangers of playing by these rules.

In a teenage seance with power ballads, Amy and Helen twist together the 90s movie makeover tropes (millenial mythology) and the epic story of the fall of Troy (millennia-old mythology). Then we burn the whole thing down.
